Every herb is identity-tested in our in-house QC lab before it enters the batch.

The 20+ herb formulation

Built on classical Ayurvedic texts, not a modern approximation. Kalamegha, Bhumyamalaki, Kutaki, Punarnava, Rohitak, Shunti and more, in traditional proportions.

Natural fermentation

This is the step almost nobody takes. Our blend ferments naturally over months, which is what makes the herbs properly absorbable. It's slow, and it's the reason KM20+ works the way it does.

Manufacturing

Our own GMP-certified facility in Udupi, Karnataka. In-house QC lab. AYUSH and FSSAI guidelines throughout. No third-party white-labelling.

Testing

Every batch is tested for identity, purity and heavy metals before release.
